Accessing Metropolitan Takiyama Natural Park

To access Metropolitan Takiyama Park, located in the southwest part of Metropolitan Takiyama Natural Park, take the JR Chuo Line to Hachioji Station, or the Keio Line to Keio Hajioji Station. Next, board the Nishi-Tokyo bus bound for Tobuki, and get off at Takeyama Joshi-shita. From there, walk 15 minutes to the entrance of Takiyama Park. By car, from the Chuo Expressway Interchange, take National Route 16 in the direction of Haijima, and turn left at the Sanyu intersection onto National Route 411 (Takiyama Road). Motorists are asked to park in the Takiyama sightseeing parking lot.
